Here I have customized a shopping list that is simple and healthy. When shopping, I highly recommend going Organic when shopping for meat, vegetables, and fruit. Meats that are not organic or grass fed will have added hormones, antibiotics, and nitrates that can cause the body harm in the long run. Do the best you can to shop organic or at your local Farmers Markets.

You can through the grocery list and highlight the foods you like and take this list with you next time you go grocery shopping.
