Paleo Queso

The best Paleo Queso you’ll ever have!! One of the easiest recipes and that everyone will love.
Gluten / Dairy Free

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of soaked Cashews
  • 1 cup of Tomatillo Salsa
  • 1/2 cup of Nutritional Yeast (or more for more of a cheesy flavor)
  • Siete Chips or any kind of chips you desire
Instructions:
  1. Soak the cashews for 4 to 6 hrs or until soft. Drain the water from the cashews.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender. May need to add a little bit of water if too thick. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with chips and Enjoy!
Notes:
If you have a sensitivity to cashews you can substitute with walnuts or any other kind of nut. Walnuts are great tasting. If you want more of a cheesy flavor add more Nutritional yeast. If you want more of a spice add more Tomatillo salsa.
