The best Paleo / Keto / Vegan friendly Queso you’ll ever have!!
One of the easiest recipes that everyone will love.
You’ll never guess that it is made with cashews. This is a staple in our house.
1) Soak the cashews for 4 to 6 hrs or until soft. Drain the water from the cashews.
2) Add all ingredients into a blender. May need to add a little bit of water if too thick. Blend until smooth.
3) Serve with @sietefoods chips and Enjoy!
If you have a sensitivity to cashews you can substitute with walnuts or any other kind of nut. Walnuts are great tasting. If you want more of a cheesy flavor add more Nutritional yeast. If you want more of a spice add more Tomatillo salsa. Keep refrigerated.
