Smoked Salmon Pesto Pizza

I absolutely love making a pizza that tastes gourmet and is still healthy at the same time.

This recipe is one of my favorites to make on the weekends for my husband and I.

I typically get all my ingredients at Wholefoods or Sprouts grocery store. There you’ll find the cauliflower pizza crust and the pesto.

Have fun making pizza for it brings out the inner child in us all. Enjoy!
