Mobility Exercises for Knee Tension

Experiencing knee pain and tension is definitely no fun. 

A lot of tension can come from tight muscles around the knee that are pulling on it. 

Here are three mobility exercises you can do daily to improve your knees and experience less tension. You’ll need a foam roller for two of the mobility exercises. Do this everyday and you’ll begin to notice relief in the knees. 

Keep the fascia happy for it will make our body happy.

Adductor Stretch:

Foam Rolling Adductors: This area can be very sensitive. Take your time and don't rush through the movements. Where you feel the most tension hangout at that spot until you feel the fasica release.
