Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup room temperature sunflower butter ⁣⁣
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flour ⁣
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda⁣⁣⁣
  • 1/4 cup Lily’s dark chocolate 

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350F. Line one baking sheet with parchment paper.⁣⁣⁣

2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add sunflower butter, maple syrup and mix together until smooth.⁣⁣⁣

3. Add cassava flour, coconut flour and baking soda. Stir everything together until well combined. Then, mix in the chocolate chips. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
4. Scoop the dough using a spoon and gently roll into balls and flatten slightly using the palm of your hand. Place the cookies dough onto lined baking sheet.⁣⁣⁣

5. Bake for 7 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden. It is okay if they look underdone in the middle. Remove from oven and allow the cookies to set on the baking trays for at least 5 minutes before very gently transferring to a cooling rack.
