Create Better Posture

This blog is dedicated to helping you achieve better posture. One of the most common questions we receive is, “how can I improve my posture?” To address this, we’ve curated a set of simple exercises and movements that you can easily perform at home. Not only will these exercises enhance your posture, but they will also reduce tension in your shoulders, back, and neck.

Allocate at least 2 minutes to each exercise. By incorporating these exercises into your daily routine, you’ll notice a positive transformation in your posture. All you need is a foam roller, a PVC pipe or broomstick, and, of course, your own body.

Commit to these exercises, and observe the gradual improvement in your posture. Feel free to share your experience with us, and let’s work together to create better posture today!

Foam Rolling Lats and Posterior Delts

Lay on your side with arm out and foam roller placed right next to armpit area. Point your thumb up to pre-stretch the latissimus dorsi muscle. Movement during the technique is minimal.

PVC Pipe Shoulder Mobility

Great for individuals who have rounded shoulders, work at a desk all day, throwing or any athletes, or those have need to improve their posture.

Keep core engaged at all times (think belly button to spine). The wider the grip the easier the movement. The closer your hands are, the more challenging it becomes.

PVC Pipe Rotator Cuff Mobility

One of our favorite stretches to loosen up tight rotator cuffs. Keep your arm at a 90 degree angle when performing this exercise. You’ll feel this in the back of the shoulders, traps, and even neck.

Upper Back & Lat Stretch

Here are simple movements you can try to increase range of motion in shoulder and upper back. Be mindful to breathe through each stretch.
