Protein Tahini Brownies

Ingredients
• 1 cup of creamy tahini butter
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup (I used Lakanto)
• 1/4 cup of monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar (I used Lakanto)
• 2 tbsp of coconut flour
• 2 scoops of chocolate collagen protein powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or use a silicone baking pan).
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the tahini, coconut sugar, maple syrup.
- Add in the coconut flour and collagen protein powder, baking soda until combined.
- Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan (made need to spread the brownies evenly using hands). Bake the brownies for about 18 to 20 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool for 10 mins before serving. Garnish with powdered sugar. (Optional).
