Ingredients

• 1 cup of creamy tahini butter
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup (I used Lakanto)
• 1/4 cup of monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar (I used Lakanto)
• 2 tbsp of coconut flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
 

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or use a silicone baking pan).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.

3. Add the coconut flour, collagen protein powder, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring until well combined.

4. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan, using your hands if needed to spread the brownies evenly.

6. Bake the brownies for about 18 to 20 minutes.

7. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with powdered sugar. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious treat!
