Protein Tahini Brownies

Simple brownie recipe without the guilt.

Ingredients

• 1 cup of creamy tahini butter
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup (I used Lakanto)
• 1/4 cup of monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar (I used Lakanto)
• 2 tbsp of coconut flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or use a silicone baking pan).
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the tahini, coconut sugar, maple syrup.
  3. Add in the coconut flour and collagen protein powder, baking soda until combined.
  4. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan (made need to spread the brownies evenly using hands). Bake the brownies for about 18 to 20 minutes. 
  6. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 mins before serving. Garnish with powdered sugar. (Optional).
