Ingredients

• 2 cups of almond flour

• 1 tsp of baking powder

• 1/4 tsp of salt

• 1 tsp of cinnamon 

• 1/2 cup of Lakanto golden sugar (extra 1 tbsp golden sugar to mix with cinnamon)

• 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

• 1/4 cup of milk (I used cashew milk)

• 1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.

4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing well.

5. Scoop out the dough using a spoon, roll it into a ball, and place it on the baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used up.

6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

7. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

8. While the cookies are cooling, sprinkle cinnamon and Lakanto golden sugar on top.

9. Enjoy your delicious homemade cookies!
