Honey Banana Bread
A fun healthy summer banana bread that is sweetened with honey.
Enjoy for breakfast, a mid day snack, or a little dessert to have after dinner.
This recipe is gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of apple sauce
- 3 tbsp of water or nut milk
- 1 1/2 cups of gluten free oat flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 cup of dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup of chopped up walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×5″ loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Then fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts into the batter.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once done allow loaf to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Bonus: Sprinkle Lakanto powdered sugar on top!
