Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
In a pan over medium-high heat on the stove, cook beef or turkey until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Add 1 cup of marinara sauce to the dish, followed by 3 lasagna noodles. Create layers with ricotta cheese, ground meat, spinach or kale, a thin layer of sauce, and repeat two more times.
Finish with 3 noodles topped with sauce and goat cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Broil for 2-3 minutes if desired.
Allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and basil on top before cutting.
