Equipment

  • High Speed Blender (I used a Vitamix)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked cashews overnight
  • 1 jar tomatillo salsa or salsa verde
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast (or more for more of a cheesy flavor)

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews in water overnight or for 4 to 6 hrs until they are soft. Drain the water from the cashews.
    2. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. (May need to add a little bit of water if too thick). 
    3. Serve with @sietefoods chips.
    Enjoy!
    Notes: If you have a sensitivity to cashews you can substitute with walnuts or any other kind of nut. Walnuts are great tasting. If you want more of a cheesy flavor add more nutritional yeast. If you want more of a spice add more Tomatillo salsa. Keep refrigerated.
