Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup Lakanto golden sugar (monk fruit)
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup cashew or almond milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  • Scoop out the dough using a spoon, roll it into a ball, and place it on the baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • While the cookies are cooling, sprinkle cinnamon and Lakanto golden sugar on top.
