Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate collagen protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or use a silicone baking pan).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.
  • Add the coconut flour, collagen protein powder, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan, using your hands if needed to spread the brownies evenly.
  • Bake the brownies for about 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with powdered sugar. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious treat!
