- 1 cup tahini butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate collagen protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or use a silicone baking pan).
In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.
Add the coconut flour, collagen protein powder, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan, using your hands if needed to spread the brownies evenly.
Bake the brownies for about 18 to 20 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with powdered sugar. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious treat!
