Blue Overnight Oats
One of my favorite breakfast meals that is loaded with fiber and protein.
Super quick to make and no fuss. This recipe will fuel you for the morning and give you the energy you need.
You can purchase the protein powder, blue spirulina, and granola on Amazon!
1 to 2
•1/2 cup of gluten free quick oats
•2 Tbsp of flaxmeal
•1 Tbsp of chia seeds
•1 scoop of plant protein powder
•1 tsp of blue spirulina
•1 cup of almond milk (more if needed)
•1/2 cup of Julian Bakery granola
•1/4 cup of organic blueberries
1) The night before mix all the ingredients into a bowl besides the toppings. If it’s a little thick add more almond milk. Place in the fridge when finished.
2) In the morning take out the overnight oats and put your favorite toppings on top.
