S'mores Brownie Cupcakes
Such an easy recipe that the kids and family will love! Or just for yourself. 🙂
I used Miss Jone’s Keto / Paleo Brownie mix for this recipe and topped it with small marshmallow, graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients
Brownie Cupcakes:
- 1 box of Miss Jones Keto & Paleo Brownie Mix
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup of apple sauce

S’more Toppings:
- Mini marshmallows (I used Dandies)
- Graham crackersÂ
- Mini dark or milk chocolate chips (I used Lily’s brand)
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the inside of a 12 cupcake pan or line the cupcakes with muffin liners.Â

2) Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop out the batter and pour into each cupcake liners until they are half way full.

3) Crumble graham crackers on top of the brownie batter along with marshmallows and chocolate chips. (Doesn’t matter how much you use. Whatever your heart desires).

4) Put into oven and bake for 15 to 20 mins or until you poke the center with the toothpick and it comes out clean.

5) Once cupcakes are finished allow to cool for 10 minutes. Once cooled serve or store in fridge.Â
