Keto Cinnamon Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
• 2 cups of almond flour
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• 1/4 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of cinnamon
• 1/2 cup of Lakanto golden sugar
• 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
• 1/4 cup of milk (I used cashew milk)
• 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Add all the wet ingredients into a separate bowl and mix.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop out the dough using a spoon and roll into a ball and place on baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
- Bake for 15 to 20 mins until cookies are golden brown.
- Allow too cool for 10 mins before serving.
- While cookies are cooling sprinkle cinnamon and lakanto golden sugar on top!
