Banana Tahini Bread

Can never go wrong with banana bread especially when you have ripe bananas in the house hold.

A simple recipe that will make your belly happy in the mornings for breakfast or for a mid day snack.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup of tahini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of monkfruit  maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of gluten free oat flour
  • 1/2 cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of dairy free chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×5″ loaf pin, or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well. Add the oat, almond flour and baking powder/soda, and stir until just combined. Optional: add some chocolate chips, walnuts, raisins.
  3. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Bonus: mix 1/4 cup of Lakanto powdered sugar with 1 to 2 Tbsp of water. Once combined pour over cooked bread to make a frosting. Enjoy!!!
