1) Soak the cashews in water overnight or for 4 to 6 hrs until they are soft. Drain the water from the cashews.
2) Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. (May need to add a little bit of water if too thick).
3) Serve with @sietefoods chips and Enjoy!
Notes:
If you have a sensitivity to cashews you can substitute with walnuts or any other kind of nut. Walnuts are great tasting. If you want more of a cheesy flavor add more Nutritional yeast. If you want more of a spice add more Tomatillo salsa. Keep refrigerated.
